Spaces aren't rentable to the public. Every door opens with a ✹Community membership — that's what keeps them affordable, trusting, and full of people worth bumping into.
Members will be able to live and work in any of them.
Our hubs share a language: modular, deliberate, repeatable. We're developing it the way you'd develop anything worth keeping — slowly, in public, one building at a time. Every hub is a draft of it. Good bones, second-hand furniture with first-rate stories, nothing that doesn't earn its place.
The spaces are early sketches of something much bigger we're building toward.
